By using the platform, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity conducted under their account.

THE TALENTNEST reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that provide false, misleading or incomplete information.

Users may submit listings to showcase their professional profile or business.

• Each listing must accurately represent the user or business.
• THE TALENTNEST may review, edit or reject listings to ensure quality and relevance.
• Approval of a listing does not guarantee visibility, engagement, enquiries or business opportunities.
• Users are responsible for keeping their listing information accurate and up to date.

By submitting content, including images, videos, text and other materials, you grant THE TALENTNEST a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute your content across the platform and related promotional channels.

You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights, permissions and authorisations to submit and use all content provided to THE TALENTNEST.

Only listed users may have their content considered for a feature on THE TALENTNEST social media channels.

By submitting content for feature consideration, you agree that your content may be used, shared and credited across our platforms and promotional channels.

Users agree not to upload, publish or submit content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, deceptive or fraudulent.
• Infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
• Contains offensive, defamatory, abusive or discriminatory material.
• Misrepresents an identity, brand, business, qualification or affiliation.
• Includes spam, misleading promotions or unsolicited advertising.

THE TALENTNEST reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines or is considered unsuitable for the platform.

All branding, designs, platform structures, visual materials and original content belonging to THE TALENTNEST are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish or distribute platform materials without prior written consent from THE TALENTNEST.

We reserve the right to modify, test, pause, restrict or discontinue any part of the platform during this stage.
